From August 2007 the Prado received several equipment and safety upgrades. In 2007 on Japanese models only, G-BOOK, a subscription telematics service, was offered as an option. It was the last model year covered for the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (third generation, J120), 2002 to 2008, and the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (fourth generation, J150) came next, following the 2006 model year.
