The Kijang series was produced by Toyota until 2007, after its start in 1976 as the Philippine Tamaraw, and it was marketed in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, India and South Africa under various other names. The fourth generation had received facelifts in 2000 and 2002. It was the last model year covered for the Toyota Kijang (fourth generation, F60, F70 and F80), 1997 to 2007, following the 2006 model year.
