In June 2014 Toyota announced complete knock down production of the Fortuner at the Saryarka AvtoProm production facility in Kazakhstan. The Indonesian 2.5 G 4x4 grade with automatic transmission was released in August 2014. It was the last model year covered for the Toyota Fortuner (first generation, AN50 and AN60), 2004 to 2014, and the Toyota Fortuner (second generation, AN150 and AN160) came next, following the 2013 model year.
