The LS 430 debuted in January 2000, and the Celsior badge continued on the third generation in Japan until the Lexus marque arrived there in 2006. In August 2006 the Celsior was no longer offered in Japan because of the introduction of the Lexus brand. In Japan the Celsior name stood for the home market counterpart of both the LS 400 and the LS 430. This entry covers the third generation, XF30 of the Toyota Celsior, 2000 to 2005, within the model's run of generations.
