Lexus NX

Automobiles

The Lexus NX is a compact luxury crossover SUV that Lexus introduced in late 2014, positioned between the subcompact UX and the mid-size RX. Lexus says the name stands for Nimble Crossover. Production of the first generation began on 8 August 2014 at the Miyata plant of Toyota Motor Kyushu, and the second generation went into production for most markets in December 2021. The range has included the turbocharged NX 200t, which became the NX 300, the NX 300h hybrid with a 2.5 litre engine and an electric motor, and the NX 450h+, the first plug-in hybrid in the Lexus line-up. Versions sold in the United States have altered fascias with higher departure angles, so the EPA treats them as light trucks.
