Pontiac Sunbird

Automobiles

The Sunbird was a Pontiac compact model line made from the 1976 to the 1994 model year, also sold as the J2000 and Pontiac 2000, loosely named for the Firebird, first the Pontiac counterpart of the Chevrolet Monza on the H platform and then of the Chevrolet Cavalier on the front drive J platform, replaced by the Pontiac Sunfire. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 3 generations: the first generation, 1976 to 1980 (1976 to 1980); the second generation, 1982 to 1987 (1982 to 1987); the third generation, 1988 to 1994 (1988 to 1994).
