Mercury Monarch

Automobiles

The Monarch was Mercury's luxury compact for the 1975 to 1980 model years, the original successor to the Comet and the Mercury counterpart of the Ford Granada. It took its name from a former marque of Ford Canada and sat between the Comet and the Montego. Its top trim, the Grand Monarch Ghia, was repackaged for 1977 as the Lincoln Versailles. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in one generation: the single generation (1975 to 1980).
