The CSX was a subcompact luxury sedan that Acura sold only in Canada from the 2006 to the 2011 model years. It replaced the EL, was built in Alliston, Ontario, and used the same chassis as the North American Honda Civic sedan, though Honda chose its Canadian-designed styling as the template for the Civic sold in Japan and other markets. A Type-S version with 197 horsepower was added for 2007. It was often the best-selling Acura in Canada, and the ILX replaced it for 2013.
