By 1999 the Seraph was in its second year, a car that was externally identical to the Bentley Arnage aside from the radiator grille, badges and wheels. Its gear selector was column mounted, and the gauges followed a traditional Rolls-Royce layout. The seats and dashboard were upholstered in Connolly leather, with dashboard trim and folding picnic trays for rear passengers faced in burl walnut veneer.
