Range Rover Evoque (second generation, L551)

Automobiles

The second-generation Evoque, the L551, was revealed in London on 22 November 2018 and went into production that year. It adopted the design language of the Range Rover Velar, with retracting door handles, smoother surfaces and a second touchscreen, and rides on JLR's PTA platform shared with the Jaguar E-Pace and the Discovery Sport. Engines at launch were diesels of 150, 180 and 240 horsepower and AWD petrols of 200, 250 and 300, with a P300e plug-in hybrid and a 1.5-litre three-cylinder P160 in some countries. A long-wheelbase version for China followed in 2021.
