1973 Range Rover

Automobiles

Power steering, which the Range Rover had lacked at first, was added in 1973. In the same year the Tracto Agro Group began assembling the Range Rover from kits in Venezuela, at a plant in Las Tejerias that it had prepared for the Mack brand, and that assembly ran until 1981. The car carried on without significant change in its body design, which was to stay largely the same for a decade, with minor cosmetic revisions.
