When the mid size Satellite was renamed Fury for 1975, the previous full size C body Fury became the Gran Fury with few other changes, since it had been redesigned for 1974. It came as a coupe, hardtop, sedan and wagon in base, Custom, Brougham and Sport Suburban trims, on the 121.5 inch wheelbase shared with the Dodge Monaco. Sales were disappointing because the oil crisis coincided with its introduction, and it was dropped after 1977. Its model years run from 1975 to 1977.
