1976 Plymouth Gran Fury

Automobiles

Changes for the 1976 Gran Fury were minimal, but the four door hardtop body style was eliminated, leaving only coupes, sedans and wagons, and with that the sedans were now available in deluxe Brougham trim. All models received the new single unit headlight design that had been introduced on the 1975 Brougham. Sales of all of Chrysler's C body models were considerably disappointing in these years because their introduction coincided with the 1973 oil crisis.
