The Toyota Roomy is a five seat mini MPV with sliding doors that Daihatsu designs and builds, sold by Toyota in Japan alongside a near identical twin called the Tank, and by Daihatsu as the Thor and by Subaru as the Justy. It is based on the M700 series Boon and sits below the Sienta in Toyota's minivan range. Its engine of 996 cc exceeds kei car rules, but the small displacement still means a modest annual road tax. The Tank was dropped in 2020 when Toyota merged its dealer chains. Generations with their own pages on this site: the single generation with the Tank twin (2016 to present).
