The 2018 model year brought a mild facelift with a new front grille, new headlights and new side skirts, plus standard Toyota Safety Sense. It added automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning with lane keeping assist and automated high beams on every Sienna. It was model year 8 of 10 in the Toyota Sienna (third generation, XL30), 2011 to 2020, coming after the 2017 model year and before the 2019 model year.
