From 1984 onward all full size Mercury wagons were Colony Parks, with the Grand Marquis wagon of 1983 having been effectively a Colony Park without woodgrain trim. The Grand Marquis was offered in a standard trim and the top trim LS, as a two door and four door sedan, with the 302 V8 as the sole engine and a six passenger front bench seat. It was a six passenger sedan with a front bench seat and a V8 engine. It was built at St. Louis Assembly in Hazelwood until 1985 and then at St. Thomas Assembly in Southwold, Ontario.
