2014 Mazda2

Automobiles

Mazda unveiled the third generation Mazda2 hatchback in July 2014, showing the Kodo design language, and production began at the Hofu plant in the same month, with Japanese sales from September. The Demio won the Japan Car of the Year award in October. The second generation Mazda2 was dropped in the United States and Canada after the 2014 model year, so the new car was sold there only later under another brand.
