In 2014 the LS was in the eighth year of its fourth generation with the corporate spindle grille. Its V8 engines were offered with a choice of all wheel drive, hybrid and long wheelbase versions, as every one of the first four generations used V8 power. It was model year 8 of 11 in the Lexus LS (fourth generation, XF40), 2007 to 2017, coming after the 2013 model year and before the 2015 model year.
