1963 Jeep CJ-3B

Automobiles

A four speed manual transmission became optional on the CJ-3B in 1963, at an extra cost of 194 dollars, in the tenth year of the model's production. The CJ-3B was by then a design that had been in production for a decade, and shipments of the M606 militarized version, exported for military aid under the Mutual Defense Assistance Program, accounted for a substantial share of its limited production in the 1960s.
