The Chevette was a supermini made by Vauxhall in Britain between 1975 and 1984, the British version of the T car family of its parent General Motors, based mainly on the Opel Kadett C, and the best selling hatchback in the United Kingdom from 1975 until 1978. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in one generation: the Chevette, 1975 to 1984 (1975 to 1984). Its generation and model year pages state who owned the vehicle line and who built it in each year, with the source for each statement.
