In 2014 the Transit Connect was offered in three models, XL, XLT and Titanium, powered in North America by a 2.5 litre four cylinder or a 1.6 litre EcoBoost. The wagon version had two wheelbases and a choice of five or seven seats. The Transit Connect was Ford's compact panel van, developed by Ford of Europe as a dedicated commercial vehicle. It sat between the Transit Courier and the Transit Custom in the Ford Transit range.
