Ford Model A (1927) (single generation)

Automobiles

The Model A had a single generation. First built on 20 October 1927 and introduced on 2 December, it was designated a 1928 model and offered in four standard colors and many body styles, from the Tudor sedan at 500 dollars to a dual cowl town car. It was the first Ford with the standard clutch, brake, throttle and gearshift controls, powered by a water cooled 201 cubic inch four cylinder of 40 horsepower. The Model B replaced it in 1932. Each model year has its own page.
