Ford updated the Galaxy for the 2020 model year with a new front grille and bumpers designed like those of the Mondeo, Focus, Fiesta, Puma and Kuga. It also received a Vignale version, a new automatic transmission and an updated infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Galaxy was a seven seat people carrier that Ford built for the European market, sharing its platform with the Mondeo in its later forms.
