1960 DeSoto Fireflite

Automobiles

The Fireflite was produced from 1955 until 1960, so 1960 was its last model year, and for that year DeSoto offered just two models, the Fireflite and the Adventurer. The car was nearly identical to the Chrysler Windsor apart from its grille and tail lights, and rumors that Chrysler would end the marque led buyers to choose other makes. DeSoto production ended in November 1960 after the 1961 models had been on sale only briefly.
