A redesigned 300 was introduced in 2011 as a four door sedan, the LD, which was still closely related to the LX platform but had revised suspension, thinner roof pillars, bi-xenon headlights with LED strips and new LED taillights. It was offered in Touring, Limited, 300C and 300C AWD, with the Pentastar V6 in the first two and the Hemi in the others, and the sporty 300S and 300C Executive Series were shown at the New York auto show, where the 300 SRT with the 470 horsepower 6.4 liter 392 Hemi was also unveiled.
