Acura TSX (first generation)

Automobiles

The first TSX was shown at the 2003 Detroit show and went on sale in April 2003 as a 2004 model. It was a rebadged Japanese Honda Accord 2.4 Type-S with an interior taken from the Japanese Inspire. A 200 horsepower 2.4 litre i-VTEC four-cylinder drove the front wheels through a six-speed manual with a magnesium case, or a five-speed automatic. The engine gained five horsepower for 2006 together with sportier styling, and Car and Driver listed it among its ten best cars for each of the first three years.
