Acura showed a second facelift in September 2018 for the 2019 ILX, which wore the diamond pentagon grille, revised headlights and front bumper and revised tail lights, and a license plate position moved from the trunk to the rear bumper. Seats were redesigned, red leather was offered on the A-Spec, the infotainment was 30 percent faster, and AcuraWatch became standard on every ILX. The powertrain was unchanged.
