The Wolseley 6/90 was the flagship car of Wolseley Motors Limited between 1954 and 1959, announced on the first day of the October 1954 British Motor Show to replace the 6/80 as the company's flagship model. It used the Italian style body panels of the previous year's Riley Pathfinder, with the new BMC C-Series straight six, which produced 95 hp, and a four speed manual transmission. 5,776 Series I cars were made before the Series II entered production in 1957. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 3 generations: the Series I (1954 to 1957); the Series II (1957 to 1958); the Series III (1958 to 1959).
