The SAIC Z9 is a battery electric full-size SUV from SAIC Motor's SAIC marque in Huawei's Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance, and the brand's third model after the compact H5 SUV and the Z7 sedan. It was revealed through filings with China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in October 2026 and is offered as a two row five seat car or a three row six seat car. Two powertrains have been filed: a single motor rear wheel drive version with a 280 kW electric motor and a top speed of 200 km/h, and a dual motor all wheel drive version with 455 kW combined and a top speed of 210 km/h. It has soft body lines, semi-hidden door handles, and a rounded greenhouse and rear light bar shared with the Z7, and several sources have noted its resemblance to the Porsche Cayenne Electric.
