The SAIC Z7 is a battery electric full-size sedan that SAIC Motor builds for its SAIC marque, part of Huawei's Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance. A shooting brake body is sold alongside it as the Z7T. Teasers appeared on Weibo on January 7, 2026, and pre-orders opened in China on March 23, 2026. It rides on Huawei's Tuling platform with air suspension, using double wishbone suspension at the front and multilink at the rear, rather than SAIC Motor's own Xingyun platform. Buyers choose an 81 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery or a 100 kWh ternary lithium battery; rear drive versions make 354 horsepower and all wheel drive adds a 228 horsepower front motor for 582 horsepower in total. The top rear drive version is quoted at up to 904 kilometres of range, and writers compared the styling to the Porsche Taycan and the Xiaomi SU7.
