SAIC Rising F7

Automobiles

The SAIC Rising F7, also known as the Feifan F7, is a battery electric executive car built by the Chinese manufacturer SAIC Motor under its Rising Auto brand. It was the brand's second product, launched in March 2023 and presented at that year's Auto Shanghai. Its design was previewed by the Roewe R-Aura concept of 2020. The car has a stated drag coefficient of 0.206 and supports battery swapping. The interior uses the Rising OS system running on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, with a 43-inch screen arrangement. The entry model is rear-wheel drive with a 64 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, while the top version has two electric motors and all-wheel drive. The batteries come from United Auto Battery System, a joint venture of SAIC and CATL. MG showed the car at the 2024 Geneva International Motor Show as the MG9 EV.
