The Roewe D6 is a battery electric compact sedan built by SAIC Motor under the Roewe brand since 2025. Roewe introduced it in the spring of 2025 as a new, affordable compact electric car, with double row headlights shaped like inverted boomerangs at the front, a narrow light strip across the rear, a minimalist cabin with a digital instrument cluster and a central 12.8 inch touchscreen. It went on sale only as an electric vehicle in two variants: an entry model of 127 hp with a 42.8 kWh battery and a CLTC range of up to 450 km, and a top model of 141 hp with a 53.9 kWh battery and up to 520 km. Shortly after its premiere it set a Guinness World Record for the lowest energy consumption of a mass produced pure electric car crossing the Qinghai-Tibet Highway, at about 9.125 kWh per 100 km.
