The Riley RMB was the larger car of the RM series, a lengthened RMA launched in 1946 and sold as the Riley 2.5 Litre. It took the 2.5 litre Big Four engine with twin SU carburettors, rated at 90 hp at first and raised to 100 hp for 1948, which gave it a top speed of about 95 mph. The wheelbase was 6.5 inches longer than the RMA and the car was 7 inches longer overall. Light blue badges on the bonnet and boot lid set it apart from the dark blue badges of the RMA. The RMF replaced it for 1952.
