The 4/Sixty Eight was launched in April 1959 as the last of the five B series BMC cars styled by Pininfarina. Its twin carburettor B series four cylinder engine was the form familiar from the MG Magnette III, with 64 horsepower, six more than the similar Wolseley 15/60. Outside, a Riley grille at the front and slightly less acute tail fins distinguished it, and inside it was the only one of the five with a rev counter as standard. Its model years run from 1959 to 1961.
