Peugeot Expert

The Peugeot Expert is a light commercial vehicle that has been built since 1995 at Sevel Nord. The first generation, sold from 1995 to 2006, was developed by PSA Peugeot Citroën together with Fiat on the basis of the Eurovan, which is why it is largely identical to the Citroën Jumpy and the Fiat Scudo. It came as a panel van 4,522 mm long, or 4,922 mm in the long version, with a payload of 774 to 854 kg, as a double-cab pickup, and as a minibus seating eight or nine. The second generation, built from early 2007 to 2016 with a light facelift in the summer of 2012, offered a 2.0-litre petrol engine and three diesels and was voted Van of the Year in 2008. After Fiat withdrew, PSA partnered with Toyota, which sold a badge-engineered Proace from 2013. The third generation, developed with Toyota under the project name KZero and first shown at the Birmingham Commercial Motor Show on 30 March 2016, is made at the Stellantis plant in Hordain, earned five stars in Euro NCAP tests, and gained a battery-electric version in May 2020 and a hydrogen fuel-cell version at the end of 2021. The passenger van is sold as the Peugeot Traveller.
