Mitsubishi Savrin (first generation)

The first-generation Mitsubishi Savrin was the original Taiwanese version of the Savrin compact MPV: a locally assembled, badge-engineered Mitsubishi Chariot Grandis produced and sold by China Motor Corporation. Because of an agreement between China Motor Corporation and Soueast Motors of mainland China, the same rebadged Chariot Grandis was also sold in mainland China as the Soueast Sovereign. It was the first step of a model that was later revised into the second generation introduced in June 2004.
