Millennium-class cruise ship

The Millennium class is a group of four cruise ships operated by Celebrity Cruises, built between 1999 and 2002 at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France. The four ships are Celebrity Millennium, Celebrity Infinity, Celebrity Summit and Celebrity Constellation. Celebrity Millennium was delivered by the yard on 22 June 2000 and debuted as the first of the line's new Millennium class, a vessel of roughly 91,000 tons. The class sits among the large passenger ships the Saint-Nazaire yard produced for American cruise operators after it moved from transatlantic liners to cruise ships, alongside the Royal Caribbean vessels built there in the same decade.
