The Ligier JS41 was a Formula One racing car designed by Frank Dernie for the Ligier team's entry in the 1995 Formula One World Championship. It was powered by a 3-litre Mugen-Honda MF-301 V10 engine, which came to the team after Flavio Briatore, then part-owner of Ligier, moved the Renault engines Ligier had used for the previous three years over to Benetton and persuaded Mugen to supply Ligier instead of Minardi. The number 26 car was driven by the Frenchman Olivier Panis, while the number 25 car was shared between Martin Brundle of Britain and Aguri Suzuki of Japan, and Franck Lagorce served as test driver. The design bore a striking resemblance to the Benetton B195. Ligier ran a darker blue livery than before with Gitanes still the main sponsor, and the car was one of the most competitive Ligiers in years, letting Brundle and Panis fight regularly for points. A JS41 was later bought by Bridgestone to test tyres before the Japanese company entered Formula One in 1997.
