The Ligier JS21 was a Formula One racing car manufactured and raced by Ligier during the 1983 Formula One season. It was powered by a Cosworth V8 engine at a time when the majority of teams used turbo power, and the team failed to score any points that year. The JS21 therefore marks a low point for a team that had won Grands Prix only a few seasons earlier, and it was the last Ligier to run a naturally aspirated Cosworth engine until the JS31 of 1988. It followed the V12-powered JS19 and preceded the turbocharged Renault cars.
