Lancia Flaminia Coupé Pininfarina

The Flaminia Coupé Pininfarina was one of the versions of the Lancia Flaminia, produced from 1959 to 1967 and kept in the catalogue until 1970. It descends from the one-off Florida II that Pininfarina showed at the Turin show of 1957, and it was officially launched at the Turin show of November 1958. Built on a platform shortened from 287 to 275 centimetres and without the Florida's small rear doors, it developed 119 horsepower against the saloon's 102 and was claimed to reach 170 km/h. After the very first cars it was fitted with disc brakes, and production was almost handcrafted.
