The Jeffery Four was a four-cylinder car built by the Thomas B. Jeffery Company of Kenosha, Wisconsin, from 1914 to 1917. It was a new design with a monobloc four-cylinder engine of 40 horsepower on a 118-inch chassis, and with the six-cylinder model it was moderately priced at between 1,550 and 1,950 dollars and offered in open or closed bodies. Special bodies came from the W. S. Seaman Company of Milwaukee, which the Jeffery company half owned. The company changed its branding from Rambler to Jeffery in 1915 and was sold in 1917 to Charles W. Nash, the year the Four's production ended, becoming the foundation of Nash Motors.
