Honda updated the Life in September 2003 with a three cylinder engine of 660 cc. An optional turbocharger, mated to a 4 speed automatic transmission, and optional 4 wheel drive were also available, and the safety features were significantly improved and engine emissions reduced. Honda brought in the DIVA model in 2005, which had aerodynamic styling and aluminium wheels. The newly developed Honda engine, the P07A 660 cc SOHC 6 valve inline 3 cylinder with i-DSI, in naturally aspirated 52 PS and turbo 64 PS form, increased horsepower. Each model year has its own page.
