The Honda Juno is a scooter. Two versions were produced: the K-series of 1954 (K, KA, KB) and the M-series of 1962 (M80, M85). The Juno K, built deliberately elaborate in 1954, was Honda's first scooter, and it competed with the well established Fuji Rabbit and Mitsubishi Silver Pigeon. It featured the first electric start, a full windscreen with a tilt-back sun-shade and built-in signal lamps, and it introduced fibre-reinforced plastic body construction to Japan. Technology developed for it was later applied to other bikes, such as the polyethylene components that distinguish the Super Cub. This site lists a page for every model year in the span covered here, each focused on what changed in that year, grouped into 2 generations: the K series (1954 model year); the M series (1962 model year). Each year page links to its generation, to this model page, to the previous model year and to Honda.
