Fuxing Hao

Passenger Rolling Stock and High-Speed Trainsets

Fuxing Hao is the standardized family of high-speed trains developed by China State Railway Group and built primarily by CRRC, introduced into service in 2017 on the Beijing to Shanghai high-speed line. The name means Rejuvenation in Chinese, and the program was built around a unified technical standard so that trainsets from different domestic manufacturers share common parts and can operate together, replacing the more varied earlier CRH series. In regular passenger service Fuxing trains run at up to 350 kilometers per hour, among the fastest scheduled speeds of any train in the world, and the family has since expanded into freight, sleeper and other specialized variants across the Chinese high-speed rail network.
