The Dallara IR-03 was an open-wheel formula racing car developed and produced by the Italian manufacturer Dallara for the IndyCar Series, in use between 2003 and 2011. Its evolution, the IR-04/05, followed it. From the 2007 season every IndyCar Series entrant outside the Indianapolis 500 used the IR-05 chassis version, after Panoz left for the Champ Car World Series to replace Lola as that series' spec chassis supplier. In 2009, one year after IndyCar unified with Champ Car, all entrants including those for the Indianapolis 500 used the IR-05, which made it the only chassis used in IndyCar from 2009 to 2011.
