Citroen C4 Aircross

Automobiles

The Citroën C4 Aircross is a compact crossover SUV that was unveiled at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. It was sold in many markets in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas, but not in the United Kingdom or Ireland, where the Peugeot 3008 already filled its place, and the related Peugeot 4008 reached fewer countries. It came in Attraction, Comfort and Exclusive trims, with a 1.6 petrol entry model and diesels from the HDi 115 to the HDi 150. Cars sold between June 2012 and the end of 2013 were recalled in 2017 for suspect tailgate gas springs, and some for windscreen wiper motors that could fill with water. Production ceased in April 2017, when the C5 Aircross took over. In China the name was later given to a long-wheelbase version of the C3 Aircross, sold from December 2018 to December 2020.
