The Caproni Ca.602 was a two-seat training aircraft built in Italy by Caproni in the 1930s at the Aeronautica Predappio factory. A single-seat aerobatic trainer was also built as the Caproni Ca.603, with reduced wing area, a strengthened structure and interconnected ailerons on the upper and lower wings. The Ca.602 was 6.6 m long with a 9 m wingspan and a wing area of 16 square metres; one Alfa Romeo 115-1 six-cylinder inverted air-cooled inline engine of 153 kW gave it a maximum speed of 275 km/h, a range of 600 km and a service ceiling of 7,000 m.
