The Caproni Ca.120 was a three-engine monoplane bomber built by Caproni in the 1930s. It was a trimotor with a cantilevered wooden high wing, compensated flaps and ailerons, fuel tanks between the spars, plywood on the leading edge and canvas elsewhere, and a welded steel-tube fuselage with the two pilots side by side at the wing leading edge and a wide stowage space behind. The bomb aimer sat in front of a large glazed window under the pilots' seats, the central engine sat in the nose and the two wheels, with brakes, were carried under the wing engines. Three 560 kW Isotta Fraschini Asso XI V-12 engines gave a maximum speed of 360 km/h at sea level, with a 1,000 kg bomb load and three 7.7 mm machine guns.
