On April 11, 2017, exactly ten years after the first Enclave was produced, Buick unveiled the second generation Enclave at the 2017 New York International Auto Show. The second generation went on sale in late 2017 as a 2018 model on the long wheelbase version of General Motors' C1XX chassis, sharing the platform with the Chevrolet Traverse. Its model years run from 2018 to 2024.
