The Anadol SV-1600 was a five-door estate built by Otosan from late 1973 to 1982 and billed as the world's first fibreglass-bodied five-door station wagon. Its shape was unrelated to the four-door Anadols and was inspired by Reliant's Scimitar sports estate, with details recalling Bertone and Pininfarina estates and a bonnet spoiler that was new for the class. A more luxurious version with two-colour paint and new interiors followed, and from 1976 the car gained alloy wheels, new mirrors, a black and white side stripe and retractable seats that enlarged the load space. About 6,499 were built before production stopped in 1982.
